Due to the nature of our work—where most projects are custom-built based on client requirements—we generally do not offer refunds once a project has started or been delivered.
However, for certain predefined services or ready-made digital products (such as templates, licenses, or pre-built websites), we offer a limited 7-day refund policy, provided the implementation or delivery has not yet begun.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The request is made within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
The service or project has not been started or partially delivered.
The product or service purchased is a standard/predefined package, not a custom solution.
If these conditions are met, you can submit a refund request via email at refund@flowastra.com with the following information:

Email address used during the purchase
Order number or invoice reference
Reason for requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
The project has already been started or partially delivered.
The service involves a customized solution specifically built for your business.
More than 7 days have passed since your purchase.
Insufficient or false information is provided in the refund request.
Abuse of our refund policy (e.g. repeated purchases and refund requests for the same product).
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank – processing times may vary.
